My study is centered on examining the micro-mechanical properties of pancreatic
cancer cells and their organoids, with a focus on parameters such as elastic modulus
and stiffness. Furthermore, I aim to elucidate the signaling pathways that regulate
the mechanical properties of pancreatic cancer cells, thereby establishing a
theoretical basis for the discovery of potential therapeutic targets.
